DexterPay Mobile App for Laundromats

Western State Design is pleased to offer DexterPay, a cashless mobile app that simplifies the vended laundry process for laundromat owners and customers alike. DexterPay does not involve any up front costs or annual fees or machine modifications. It works seamlessly with all C Series controls connected to the Dexter Live network. Dexter vended laundry operators can sign up for the service through their DexterLive account or by contacting a WSD Laundry Expert.

Customers can get the DexterPay laundry app easily on their mobile device: they simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with their email and a password. An easy-to-follow interactive menu on the app will prompt laundry customers to enter their location and machine number, along with preferred cycle options. They then select the secure payment method of thier choice, including MC, Visa, Discover, Apple Pay or Google Pay and start the machine. The DexterPay app lets customers track the progress of their laundry load(s) in real time, right from their mobile device!
