Payment Methods


Western State Design accepts check, debit card and credit card for payment.

  • Any invoice paid by debit or credit card will be assessed a surcharge of 2.7% of the invoice total.
  • Net 30-Day payment terms may be offered upon credit approval after receipt of a signed credit application.

    Shipping Policy & Rates

    • We ship WORLDWIDE.
    • Western State Design will quickly process your order and ensure its safe delivery! Expedited delivery options must be placed by 12 pm PST for same day shipment.
    • Expedited delivery may not always be possible; for example in cases where orders must be shipped by truck, or for destinations not covered by UPS, or for orders where items are not in stock. If your requested delivery option is not possible, our Parts Department will contact you immediately.
    • Delivery times refer to regular business days and that actual delivery times outside the USA may vary.
    • Orders are shipped via UPS and are subject to UPS standards, regulations, and delivery limitations.
    • We make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday.
    Continental US Shipping Rates

    For orders up to six (6) pounds excluding oversized or truck freight items (e.g. motors, drums, cylinders, bearing housings, transmissions, trunnions, door rings, coin vaults, laundry carts, inner and outer tubs):
    • Ground - $19.95
    • 2nd Day Air - $56.95
    • Next Day Air - $99.95
    • Next Day Air Early AM - $187.95
    • Saturday Next Day - $130.95
    Oversized and/or overweight items will be based on product weight and delivery location - any adjustments will be added to invoices at the time of shipment. Shipping rates include insurance and handling charges.

    Alaska, Hawaii, and International Shipping Rates

    Shipping rates will vary depending on destination, weight, and carrier - adjustments will be added to invoices at the time of shipment. Shipping rates include insurance and handling charges. Custom fees and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you prefer to know the shipping cost in advance, please call our Parts Specialists at 800.633.7153 ext. 382.

    Damage Claims

    • All damage claims are to be filed with delivering carrier.
    • Carrier must be notified within 10 days of delivery on any damage claim, concealed or otherwise.
    • Failure to follow this procedure will forfeit any rights of recovery.

    Returns & Warranties

    30-Day Return Policy

    • You must obtain a Return Authorization prior to returning any item.
    • Proof of purchase (invoice number) is required.
    • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    • Electrical or Special Order parts are non-refundable.
      • Defective electrical parts will be exchanged for the identical item only.
    • Returned parts must be new, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
      • Used or misused parts will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
    • Credit will be issued back on credit card originally used to purchase item(s).
    • All returns are subject to inspection. WSDweb reserves the right to deny any return that fails to meet our requirements.
    How to Obtain a Return Authorization

      • Proof of purchase information (invoice number and date)
      • Part number(s)
      • Reason for return
    • We will give you a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
    Warranties

    • Warranties are in accordance with current manufacturers' policies.
    • No commercial laundry equipment manufacturer offers a labor reimbursement warranty.
    • The manufacturer's parts warranty dictates that the end user is responsible for all freight costs associated with warranty parts.
